The fixture design, manufacturing and system integration of the entire body parts welding system production line, including front and rear longitudinal beams, front and rear floors, seat frames, front and rear side panels, front upper and lower panels, rear end panels, radiator cross beams, bumpers, four doors, etc., have been completed.

Through more than 10 years of efforts and the successful delivery of thousands of projects, the Body Division has accumulated rich experience in production line integration in welding applications, and realized flexible functions such as product switching standardization, positioner standardization, and fixture standardization. It is proficient in a series of body connection processes such as spot welding, arc welding, laser welding, hemming, gluing, stud welding, rotary tapping riveting, self-piercing riveting, pressure riveting, pull riveting, and projection welding, and applies core intelligent technologies such as offline programming, virtual debugging, remote operation and maintenance, visual guidance, online measurement, and MES system to corresponding projects, aiming to provide customers with professional, customized, and lean industry solutions.
